Will the cost of the project increase once the work begins?
Kansas City Deck and Patio uses a “fixed price” contract for all projects. That means the price stated in the Construction Agreement is the final price that will be paid unless the scope of the project is changed. When the project is complete, our clients know that the finest craftsmanship and materials have been used to create their ultimate outdoor environment, all within budget.
